Blood Type A - People with Blood Type A are more likely to be slow oxidizers. They are more able to tolerate carbohydrates in the diet, and may not have adequate stomach acid for digestingred meat and other rich proteins. They should avoid dairy in particular, because lectins in cow’s milk promote inflammation and mucous formation.
Blood Type O - People with Blood Type O are more likely to be fast oxidizers. They do well on lower carbohydrate diets, and have adequate stomach acid for digesting red meat and other rich proteins. They should avoid wheat in particular, because wheat lectins act as an insulin mimic and worsen high insulin and syndrome X.
Blood Type B - People with Blood Type B are more likely to be fast oxidizers. Both wheat and corn lectins will have a adverse effect on carbohydrate metabolism.
Blood Type AB - People with Blood Type AB are more likely to be slow oxidizers, but may be able to tolerate dairy.
This is about ABO. We can find also on dadamo site.
