The Basque are know to have the highest percent of Rh Negative Blood Factor. They are around 35 % Rh-, where as the USA is around 13% The total percent of Rh Negative Blood for the whole WORLD is only 7%. Other groups of people with higher than average amounts of Rh Neg. Blood, are The Irish (Black Irish-Spaniard), the Welsh, Scottish, and the Native American Tribe Blackfeet Indians of North America. The Blackfeet are known for having A Rh- Blood. 
Also…presumably the Red Headed Nomads of China: Take a look…They were skilled in art craft, weaponry, farming, female High Priestests’, etc.
